Customer Service

Our customer service stance is to be upfront, honest, to-the-point with you. When you bring in equipment to us, we tag it with a service order number that matches the service order that we write up from your description of the problems. Please tell us what you want fixed, what the equipment is doing/not doing, if you have a maximum money limit amount for the fix, etc. We will call you when your equipment is fixed and give you your payment total. If you want to pay off the fix payment total, we offer a lay-away charge plan, but you cannot take the equipment until the fix payment total has been paid off. We try not to surprise anyone or do anything to your equipment that you aren't expecting as an added on service. There are occasions where a fix will require another part, but we try to make every effort to keep your fix payment as low as possible. We will not take advantage of you. Please let us know if you have a problem with our customer service on your specific job and we will make it right. We are not a big box store that doesn't really care about the little man. We are the little men too. We do warranty work for Hamilton, Haleyville, and Winfield Wal-Mart stores on their Homelite and Poulan brand mowers, trimmers, and pressure washers. We also are a Rigid, Ryobi, Homelite, Poulan Warranty Center for the consumer. Bring or ship your items to us and we will process the warranty and give or ship back the fixed or replacement equipment or part. We handle battery powered and gas units. We do warranty service for Red Max and Husquvarna. We can get parts for you for Stihl equipment through the local Hamilton Stihl dealer. For John Deere, we have to ask the customer to get their own parts (from Scruggs in Tupelo, MS), if they want us to perform the repair work and we can't perform warranty service, only repair for John Deere.
